Wallix: 4K Live Wallpapers (“Wallix”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is processed when you use the Wallix Android application.

1. Information We Process

Wallix does not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address, phone number, or other personal information to use the app.

Depending on how you use the app and the services enabled, the following information may be processed:

• Device and technical information, such as device type, operating system, app version, network information, and similar technical data.

• App usage information, such as app launches, screen views, interactions, and other events used to understand and improve app performance and usage.

• Advertising-related information, which may include IP address, advertising identifiers, device or account identifiers, interaction information, and diagnostic information processed by advertising services.

• Local app data, such as favorites and certain app preferences stored on your device.

• Wallpaper-related information required to retrieve, display, download, or apply wallpapers.

Wallix does not require you to upload personal photos or create and upload your own wallpapers.

2. How We Use Information

Information may be used to:

• provide and operate Wallix features;

• retrieve and update wallpaper content;

• understand app usage and improve performance and functionality;

• display and measure advertisements;

• detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security issues, and technical problems; and

• comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. Third-Party Services

Wallix uses the following Google services:

Google AdMob

AdMob is used to display advertisements. Depending on the SDK configuration and available advertising features, Google Mobile Ads SDK may process information such as IP address, user interactions, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention.

Google Analytics for Firebase

Google Analytics is used through Firebase to understand app usage and improve the app. Depending on configuration, it may process information such as app-instance identifiers, advertising identifiers, app usage events, screen views, sessions, and certain device or technical information.

The data processed by these services depends on their SDK versions, configuration, available features, and applicable user settings.

4. Data Sharing

Wallix does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

Information may be processed by third-party service providers, including Google, when necessary to provide advertising, analytics, security, or related services described in this Privacy Policy.

5. Local Storage and Downloads

Some app preferences and favorites may be stored locally on your device.

When you download a wallpaper, it may be saved to your device's public Gallery or Photos storage. Wallix does not control how your device or other applications subsequently access files saved there.

6. Data Retention

Wallix retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, applicable legal requirements, and the operation of relevant third-party services.

Locally stored app data can generally be removed by deleting the relevant data or uninstalling the app, subject to normal Android system behavior.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed through Wallix. Data transmitted by supported third-party services is protected using appropriate security measures, including encryption in transit where provided by those services.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Children's Privacy

Wallix is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through account registration or similar features.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can review the matter.

9. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing.
