These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wallix mobile application ("Wallix", the "App", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by SOHAIL RICE MILLS.
By accessing or using Wallix, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
Wallix is a wallpaper application that provides users with access to a collection of static and live wallpapers for use on compatible Android devices.
Wallpapers may be provided with the App or delivered through the App from time to time.
We may add, remove, replace, or update wallpaper content and other features of the App at our discretion.
You may use Wallix for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable laws.

Wallix provides wallpaper content for personal use on compatible devices.
Unless otherwise stated, wallpapers made available through Wallix are intended for use as wallpapers on your personal device.
You may download or apply wallpapers through the functionality provided by the App.
You may not commercially redistribute, resell, sublicense, or create a competing wallpaper service using wallpaper content obtained through Wallix unless you have the necessary rights or authorization.
The Wallix App, including its software, interface, branding, design, text, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to SOHAIL RICE MILLS and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Wallpaper content may be owned by us or by third parties and may be subject to separate intellectual property rights.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of the App or any intellectual property contained within it.
If you believe that content available through Wallix infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please contact us using the information provided below.
We aim to keep Wallix available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee that the App or any particular wallpaper, feature, or service will always be available.
The App may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical problems, network conditions, device compatibility, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Wallix at any time.
Wallix is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that:
You are responsible for ensuring that your device supports the relevant wallpaper functionality.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SOHAIL RICE MILLS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from or related to your use of Wallix.
This includes, where permitted by law, loss of data, loss of use, device-related issues, or interruption of service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Wallix may rely on third-party infrastructure, networks, operating-system functionality, or other services to provide certain features.
We are not responsible for interruptions, failures, or changes to third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we make material changes, we may update the Effective Date and provide additional notice where appropriate.
Your continued use of Wallix after the updated Terms become effective means that you accept the updated Terms.
You may stop using Wallix at any time by uninstalling the App.
We may suspend or restrict access to Wallix if reasonably necessary to protect the App, our services, other users, or to comply with applicable law.
Your use of Wallix is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and handle information.
The Privacy Policy is separate from these Terms of Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws governing the relationship between you and SOHAIL RICE MILLS, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that you may have under the laws applicable to you.
