These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Wallix: 4K Live Wallpapers (“Wallix”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By installing or using Wallix, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Wallix
Wallix provides live, animated, and high-resolution wallpapers and related features for compatible Android devices.
Wallix is provided free of charge. We may display advertisements through third-party advertising services.
2. Use of the App
You may use Wallix for personal, lawful purposes.
You must not:
use the app for unlawful or fraudulent activities;
interfere with or attempt to disrupt the app or its services;
reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code except where permitted by applicable law;
misuse, redistribute, or commercially exploit the app without authorization; or
use the app in a manner that infringes the rights of others.
3. Wallpaper Content
Wallpapers available through Wallix may be created, licensed, or otherwise obtained from third-party sources.
You may use wallpapers through the features provided by the app for personal use. Downloading a wallpaper does not necessarily transfer ownership or intellectual property rights in that content to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of downloaded content complies with applicable laws and the rights of the relevant copyright or content owner.
4. Third-Party Services
Wallix uses third-party services, including Google services for advertising and analytics.
Your use of features provided by third parties may also be subject to their own terms, policies, and requirements. Information about data processing is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Advertising
Wallix may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising services. The content, availability, and format of advertisements may change without notice.
Wallix does not endorse or guarantee products, services, or claims made by third-party advertisers.

We do not guarantee that the app, wallpaper content, or any particular feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device or Android version.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law, no rights are granted to you in relation to the app or its underlying intellectual property.

We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or suitable for every particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from or related to your use of Wallix.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10. Termination
You may stop using Wallix at any time by uninstalling the app.
We may suspend or terminate access to the app where reasonably necessary to protect the service, enforce these Terms, comply with legal requirements, or address misuse.

Your use of Wallix is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is processed in connection with the app.
